Clear a Nonrecoverable Fault

1. Cycle power to the chassis.

2. Determine what to do next:

Follow these steps if the problem persists.

1. Before you cycle power to the controller, record the state of the OK

and RS232 status indicators.

2. Contact Rockwell Automation support.

Solid green A. Download the project to the controller.

B. Return the controller to the Run/Remote Run mode.

Flashing red A. Go online with RSLogix 5000 software and clear the

major fault.
