4. Restart the Scheduler and OLDM_Service services.

a. Click Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.

b. Select Services (local) in the left side of the Services window.

c. Select SchedulrSvc in the right side of the Services window.

d. If the SchedulrSvc Status is Started, right-click on SchedulrSvc and select Stop.

e. Right-click on SchedulrSvc and select Start.

f. Select OLDM_Service in the right side of the Services window.

g. If the OLDM_Service Status is Started, right-click on OLDM_Service and select

Stop.

h. Right-click on SchedulrSvc and select Start.
