Wire the Module

Refer to the figures that show how to wire the module.

WARNING

When you connect or disconnect the Removable Terminal Block

(RTB) with field-side power applied, an electrical arc can occur.

This could cause an explosion in hazardous location installations.

Be sure that power is removed or the area is nonhazardous before

proceeding.

If you connect or disconnect the communications cable with power

applied to this module or any device on the network, an electrical

arc can occur. This could cause an explosion in hazardous location

installations.

ATTENTION

To comply with the CE low voltage directive (LVD), this equipment

must be powered from a source compliant with the following: safety

extra-low voltage (SELV) or protected extra-low voltage (PELV).
